The Whisky League is an informal brotherhood of Whisky Leaders. Bold and daring men that are sick of the mediocrity of the politically correct world. Decisive men who aren’t afraid to take a stand knowing that on occasion they may fail. Whisky Leaders are often seen as rebellious because the phrase “don’t rock the boat” sends shivers down their spine. They know that all of mankind’s greatest achievements were the result of some brave soul that “rocked the boat” not from the timid man that sought comfort in the status quo. The Whisky Leader believes in strength and discipline, in himself and others, yet will sacrifice himself for his men without hesitation.

The ultimate Liability Manager?
If you are easily offended, indecisive, or timid then save yourself the aggravation and go away. If you make decisions only after considering how it might affect your career rather than what is right for your men and the organization, then you are what I call a Liability Manager not a leader, and should again just go away. If you believe you are irreplaceable, you aren’t. If you believe the government knows what is best for us and should have a greater role in our lives, then you are an idiot and should also go away.
